Hello! My name is Victoria, and I’m the heart behind Jolly Dog Walks – a lifelong dog lover, experienced dog walker, and former nurse with 27 years of caring for others. After decades in a profession built on trust, compassion, and responsibility, I now bring those same values to the dogs, cats, and families I support every day as a dog walker in Burton upon Trent and the surrounding areas, including as a dog walker in Barton under Needwood and throughout East Staffordshire.
Dogs have always been a central part of my life. I’ve lived with them for as long as I can remember and spent valuable time working in a boarding kennel, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Today, I share my home with two much-loved companions: a gentle greyhound and a lively schnoodle who keep me smiling and constantly inspired.
As a proud NARPS UK Member (National Association of Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers), I offer a professional, trustworthy, and fully insured service as a dog walker in Derbyshire Staffordshire. Your pets' safety and wellbeing are always my priority. For your peace of mind, I am DBS checked too. I’m also currently working towards my OFQUAL Level 3 Qualification in Canine Care, Behaviour & Welfare and regularly update my skills through specialist courses, including Canine Health & First Aid, Care of the Young Dog, Canine Heart Disease, and the Care of Active Dogs.
Based in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, I live on a narrowboat and proudly serve my local community, including Yoxall, Alrewas, Branston, Fradley, and all nearby villages within an eight-mile radius as your go-to dog walker in Barton under Needwood.
I provide:
• Solo walks (or can walk multiple dogs from the same household)
• Small group walks
• Pet care services tailored to your dog or cat's individual needs
Every dog and cat I meet is treated with the same warmth, patience, and respect I give my own pets. Whether your companion needs a gentle stroll, energetic outing, or simply a comforting visit, you can feel confident they’ll be in caring, capable hands.
At Jolly Dog Walks, your pet's joy truly is at the heart of everything I do. Walking from your home, you can be sure of local walks with a friendly dog walker in Barton under Needwood and the wider Burton upon Trent area, all while enjoying big smiles 🐾.
